BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.  

 

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful instructors, you’ll strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

 

SPIN: is the indoor cycling workout where you discover your athlete within. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

BE-ACTIVE Group Training -Afterburn: 45mins of specialized function fitness training. Each workout is powered by My Zone training technology. My Zone Belts to be worn during class – Demo belts are available.

BE-ACTIVE Group Training –Strong: 45mins of strength training, focusing on technique and corrective lifting actions. Each workout is powered by My Zone training technology. My Zone Belts to be worn during class – Demo belts are available.

Friday Night Throw-Down: 30mins of Body Attack Express mixed with 30mins of HIIT Session.

 

SUPERFIGHT

Boxing techniques that will get you strengthen & toning muscles you forgot you had whilst increasing your fitness and feeling stronger and more confident! A combination of non-contact work, partner work and bag work! 

 

HANG TIME

Suspension training, using ropes and webbing you’ll be working against your own body weight. HangTime will work on building core body strength as well as joint and muscular stability.

 

EASY FIT

Bringing a real social aspect of exercise, Easy Fit will make getting into an exercise routine "easy and fit"! Great accompaniment to our Aqua classes.   

 

AQUA (Poolside)

Take advantage of the resistance properties of the water, you’ll be using a variety of different equipment from noodles to dumb bells. Great for beginners to advanced!
